CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a tremendous amount of behind-the-scenes expenses incurred to plan, prepare and produce our workshops, therefore we do not offer refunds or credit for cancellations and no-shows. Since we can't offer a refund, if you are unable to attend, you're welcome to find a lucky friend to go in your place. Just send us an e-mail at info@helendealtry.com to let us know who will be coming in your place.

In the unlikely event that a workshop is canceled, you will be notified as soon as possible via email and be refunded in full for the workshop. Kindly note, we cannot compensate for any lost travel/accommodation related costs.
